Following well-grounded tradition of conducting technology-related professional events all over Europe, the Lviv branch of international student organization BEST has held the Engineering Job Fair over November 28 and 29. The pioneering event has implemented the wide-ranging experience of the similar professional arrangements in Germany, Poland and Romania.

The fair hosted 26 leading international and Ukrainian companies, which presented their internship and employment opportunities. The representatives of the participating companies have carried out presentations and seminars on their general profile, working conditions and application procedures. The organizing committee has purposed to create favorable environment for communication and networking between students and employers.

Lviv city executive committee to choose best investor into Euro - 2012 stadium in Lviv
The stadium should be 33 hectares large and provide seats for 33,000 spectaculars and 1,200 parking lots, hotels with 200 rooms and other objects.

The competition is open for any juridical body irrespective of location, legal form and properties. The investor should provide guarantees of 100 M. Euros. The projects should be drafted by June 1, 2008. The deadline for applications is December 18, 2007 with further consideration on the next day. Interest in construction of the stadium in Lviv was stated by companies of Switzerland, Spain, Germany, the Czech Republic and USA.
